Accounts Manager - Practice

​Our client, an established and award-winning firm of accountants, tax, and business advisors based in Launceston, is expanding its team and seeking an experienced accountant to join them.

About the Firm:

This firm provides a comprehensive range of services to businesses, their owners, and high-net-worth individuals across the UK.

Role Requirements:

• Minimum of five years' experience in practice.

• Up-to-date knowledge of accounting legislation and guidance.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a people-oriented approach.

• Organized, confident, and diligent, with a strong commitment to deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-on preparation of client work.

• Reviewing files prepared by junior team members and peers.

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships across a diverse portfolio.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Fully ACCA or ACA qualified preferred; those qualified by experience will also be considered.

• Strong technical skills in practice accounting.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
