​Our client, a well-established independent firm of Chartered Accountants in Winchester, is looking for an ACCA/ACA Qualified Accounts Manager to join their expanding team.

With a solid reputation across Hampshire, the firm is focused on further growing its presence in the mid-tier market. As an Accounts Manager, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of clients, including small to medium-sized limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships across a range of sectors.

This role is also ideal for Assistant Managers ready to step into an Accounts Manager position, offering substantial opportunities for professional development. Key responsibilities include managing junior staff, providing guidance, and ensuring high-quality work across the team.
