​Accounts Manager – Central Bath

Clark Wood is currently recruiting for an Accounts Manager (ACCA/ACA) to join a well-established firm of Chartered Accountants in Central Bath. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of clients, including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing client portfolios and overseeing all financial aspects, including recovery rates, billing, debt management, and WIP management.

  • Developing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.

  • Mentoring and supporting team members, encouraging their professional growth and development.

  • Working closely with Partners to drive portfolio development and contribute to the firm's success.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified.

  • Significant experience in accountancy practice.

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple client accounts.

  • Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
