Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the corporate tax team, ensuring top-tier service delivery.

• Develop and execute strategic tax initiatives that align with clients' objectives.

• Offer expert guidance on complex tax matters, including mergers, acquisitions, and international tax.

• Oversee the preparation and review of corporate tax returns, ensuring regulatory compliance.

• Cultivate strong client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor on all tax-related issues.

• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.

• Stay up-to-date with tax legislation and industry trends to provide informed advice.

Qualifications:

• ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified with extensive corporate tax experience.

• Proven leadership and team management skills.
