Personal Tax Senior

​Clark Wood is collaborating with an innovative firm of Accountants in Henley-on-Thames in their search for a Personal Tax Senior to join their team.

In this pivotal role, you will work closely with clients to provide expert tax advice, develop innovative tax strategies, and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities:

Managing a portfolio of clients and overseeing their tax affairs.

Preparation and review of personal tax returns and computations.

Completion and review of P11Ds and PSAs.

Collaborating with senior staff on technical tax advisory projects as desired.

Conducting ad hoc technical research and preparing advisory reports.

Assisting with HMRC enquiries.

Handling ATED and employment-related securities returns.

Addressing ad hoc tax queries from accounts, audit teams, and clients.

Providing training to junior team members and managing workflow.

The ideal candidate will possess substantial personal tax experience gained within an Accountancy firm and hold qualifications such as CTA, ATT, ACA, or ACCA.
