About the Role: 

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading accountancy firm in Truro that is renowned for its exceptional client service and innovative tax solutions. The firm is expanding and is seeking a skilled and motivated Personal Tax Executive to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: 

Manage a varied portfolio of personal tax clients, delivering high-quality tax compliance and advisory services.

Prepare and review personal tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current tax legislation.

Provide expert advice on a range of personal tax issues, including inheritance tax, capital gains tax, and income tax planning.

Identify tax-saving opportunities and strategies for clients.

Liaise with HMRC on behalf of clients to resolve tax issues and disputes.

Stay up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and industry trends to provide proactive advice.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention. 

Qualifications: 

ATT/CTA qualified or equivalent with solid experience in personal tax.

Strong technical knowledge of UK personal tax regulations.
