​Job Title: Mixed Tax Senior/Assistant Manager (Corporation Tax Bias)

Clark Wood are recruiting for a well-established and respected accountancy firm based in Maidenhead.

The firm specialise in providing comprehensive financial and tax advisory services to a diverse range of clients. The firm is known for its commitment to professional excellence and a client-centric approach.

The firm is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mixed Tax Senior/Assistant Manager with a strong bias towards Corporation Tax to join this dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be CTA or ATT qualified and possess a robust background in managing mixed tax portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse tax portfolio with a significant focus on corporation tax.

• Deliver tax compliance and advisory services to a variety of clients, including businesses and individuals.

• Prepare and review corporation tax returns, ensuring compliance with current tax laws.

• Identify and advise on tax planning opportunities to optimize clients' tax positions.

• Communicate effectively with HMRC on behalf of clients.

• Mentor and support junior staff members, contributing to their professional growth and development.

Qualifications:

• ATT / CTA qualified.

• Extensive experience in corporation tax, with a solid understanding of mixed tax portfolios.

• Up-to-date knowledge of current tax legislation and regulations.

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

• Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
