Our client, a leading accountancy firm in Worcester, is seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Senior Manager to join their dynamic team. This role offers the chance to work with a diverse portfolio of clients and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional corporate tax services.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Lead and manage corporate tax engagements for a varied client base, including multinational corporations and SMEs.

Develop and implement tax strategies that align with clients' business objectives.

Provide expert advice on complex tax issues, including mergers, acquisitions, and international tax matters.

Oversee tax compliance processes to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.

Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Stay updated with changes in tax legislation and industry trends to ensure clients receive the most current advice.

 

Qualifications:

 

ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified with extensive experience in corporate tax.

Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax regulations.
