Key Responsibilities:

Manage and deliver corporate tax compliance and advisory services to a diverse portfolio of clients.

Prepare and review complex corporate tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Provide expert advice on tax planning, structuring, and strategy to optimize clients' tax positions.

Communicate effectively with HMRC on behalf of clients, ensuring compliance and efficient issue resolution.

Identify and mitigate tax risks, staying current with changes in tax legislation and industry trends.

Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.

Qualifications:

ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified with substantial experience in corporate tax.

Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax regulations.
