This opportunity would suit either a successful and career motivated assistant manager or an established manager looking to consolidate their position in a leading regional firm of accountants with an excellent reputation and client base.

​

Working in the Accounts & Audit department you will manage a portfolio of existing and new clients... The ideal candidate will have proven experience and a track record of developing lasting relationships with a portfolio of clients across a variety of sectors.

​

The role will offer the individual an opportunity to work for a dynamic team, assisting Partners in meeting the firm's strategic aims, marketing & commercial objectives and help initiate continuous improvement.

​

This opportunity will come with a mixed portfolio and you are likely to be working with owner managed business, charities and partnerships.

​

The ideal candidate will be ACA/ACCA qualified, ambitious, have excellent communication skills and be able to train and liaise with people at all levels.

​

The Aylesbury office is commutable from areas all across Buckinghamshire & Oxfordshire; Luton, Oxford, Tring, Thame, Chesham etc.
