Accounts Senior - Preston

Clark Wood is collaborating with a proactive firm of Chartered Accountants based in Preston, known for their extensive range of accountancy, audit, and taxation services catering to a diverse client base.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with substantial practice experience looking to advance their careers within a well-established and respected firm in Preston. You will work closely with seasoned colleagues, gaining valuable exposure to a variety of responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of statutory accounts for Limited companies, Sole Traders, Partnerships, and LLPs, ensuring approval by managers prior to submission.

Bookkeeping services and accurate submission of VAT returns to HMRC, following MTD requirements.

Providing essential support and addressing finance/admin related queries for key contacts of bookkeeping clients.

Essential Criteria:

AAT qualified, part qualified, or QBE, with demonstrated experience working with a diverse clientele.
