Clark Wood is actively seeking an experienced Accounts Senior to join our client's growing team in Newcastle-Under-Lyme on a full-time basis. Whether you're qualified by experience, ACA/ACCA qualified, or working towards these qualifications, your relevant experience and expertise will be highly valued.

As part of this dynamic accounts team, you will take on a vital role in providing a broad range of accounting services to a diverse portfolio of clients. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work on expansive projects while developing long-term client relationships within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accounts for supervisor/manager review and approval.

• Compile company tax computations.

• Formulate relevant queries to assist in the review process.

• Mentor and coach junior team members.

• Supervise and review the work of less experienced staff.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest changes in accounting standards.

Requirements:

• Qualified by experience, ACA/ACCA qualification, or currently working towards these qualifications.
