Senior Accounts Manager – Thornbury
Our client, a highly reputable firm of accountants in Thornbury, is currently looking for a Senior Accounts Manager to join their growing team. This role comes with a competitive salary, strong career progression opportunities, and an excellent benefits package.
As the Senior Accounts Manager, you will lead the OMB team, overseeing a group of Seniors and Semi-Seniors. You will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of owner-managed businesses (OMBs) and small to medium enterprises (SMEs) across a variety of sectors.
Key Requirements:
ACA/ACCA qualified with several years of experience in a management role within an accountancy practice.
Proven track record of managing client portfolios and supervising team members.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior staff.
