​Clark Wood is recruiting for an independent firm of Chartered Accountants in Pershore, seeking an experienced Accounts & Tax Manager to join their practice and immediately contribute to their team.

The firm is looking for an organized and motivated individual to support transformation and further develop the practice.

​

Key Responsibilities:

Review and complete accounts and tax return preparation work

Prepare accounts and tax returns

Drive IT and software integration

Ensure compliance with MTD, ATED, TRS, and all statutory obligations

Review procedures and ensure compliance

Manage staff effectively

​

Skills and Experience Required:

Minimum of 2 years post ACCA/ACA qualification or QBE

Proficiency in Xero, QuickBooks, Digita, and Excel

Strong communication skills with clients and staff

​
