​Are you an ACA / ACCA Finalist looking to take the next step in your career? Clark Wood is working with a highly regarded independent firm of accountants in Camberley, who are looking to add a talented Accounts & Auditor to their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive practice that provides high-quality services to a diverse client base across various sectors.

About the Role:

As an Accounts & Auditor, you will play a key role in delivering a range of accounting, audit, and advisory services to clients. You will work closely with senior staff and partners, gaining valuable exposure to a variety of industries, while continuing your professional development and progressing toward qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the planning, execution, and completion of audits for a range of clients.

  • Preparing statutory accounts for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders in compliance with FRS 102 / FRS 105.

  • Preparing and submitting corporation tax and personal tax returns.

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships by providing proactive advice and support.

  • Managing workload to meet deadlines and ensure high-quality service delivery.

  • Supervising and mentoring junior staff, reviewing their work, and providing feedback.

What We’re Looking For:

  • ACA / ACCA Finalist with prior experience in an accountancy practice.

  • Strong experience in both audit and accounts preparation.

  • Good technical knowledge of UK GAAP and tax compliance.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple assignments effectively.

  • A proactive and ambitious individual who is keen to progress and develop their career.
