Clark Wood, a specialist recruitment consultancy, is excited to present an opportunity with a premier accountancy firm in Middlesex. They are seeking an ambitious Audit & Accounts Senior to join their Harrow office.

Role Overview:
This position offers a balanced focus—approximately 70% accounts and 30% audit. You will engage with a diverse client base of small to medium-sized businesses and owner-managed businesses (OMBs). Key responsibilities include leading audit assignments from planning to completion, preparing and reviewing accounts, and handling corporate tax returns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead audit assignments and manage the entire audit process.

• Prepare and review financial statements and corporate tax returns.

• Supervise and mentor junior staff, supporting their professional development.

• Maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.

Ideal Candidate:

• ACA/ACCA qualified or nearing qualification (Qualified by Experience considered).

• Proven experience leading audit assignments in either a pure audit or mixed audit/accounts role.
